The case for extreme democracy

  1. Pure Party List Proportional Representation, without minimum percentage threshold.
  2. No separately elected Presidents, Governors or Mayors.
  3. Fixed date yearly elections for all representatives.
  4. Physical, non-electronic voting, with minimised postal voting.
  5. Encouragement of factional party-list selection.
